How I got it

It's a sampler. I got it at a good price, and through the miracle of inflation and decreased competition sold it at a very minor loss when the time came. I ran the Akai with a Zip drive, but was never taken with sampling, having come into things more from a synth point of view.

Goodbye S3000XL

Sold to my mate Ian to fund the beautiful Minimoog.
I've never regretted saying goodbye.
