A modern office building blends perfectly into the Georgian facades on Harcourt Street.
The most interesting point of this photo is captured in the two buildings on the right of the extended office block. They both suffer from "brick rot", and one is having the bricks at the top of the building replaced (the other one is complete). This is why some Georgian buildings have different coloured brickwork in the top story or two (unless I'm mistaken). If you look at the large version, you can see a guy bent over working on the roof at the very bottom of the photo.
