Main Street Dundrum in the 1980s. The shopping centre (unextended) is at the bottom of the photo, and filled with very oddly coloured cars (colur trends have changed since then). The railway line is at the top of the photo, though it's a bit lost, and there's an entire office park missing from the area just behind the red bricked building on the far left. That and a hundred other tiny changes...

Remember this?? Matthew Doyle mailed me about this photo, and pointed out the location of the now departed "Continental Cake Shop", which is more or less dead centre in this shot (with those bubble umbrella things over the windows). And "The Dundrum Book Shop" is visible to the right of the shot - it's now an Xtra Vision (oh the irony). Thanks Matthew.
