If I used a wheelchair, I'd personally complain about this totally crappy wheelchair ramp on the fantastic Carnegia Library in Dun Laoghaire. SURELY there was a better alternative, even if it meant an access at the back of the library. This is just insane (and you're only seeing half the frickin' ramp). Please don't complain to me, I'm not gonna back down, 'cause this is shoddy as hell.
