Making the site of the old Gasometer on the quays habitable again. They're actually taking the soil off this site and loading it onto a ship, which seems slightly ominous. In any case, the entire site is surrounded by boardings emitting a finely vapoured gas. It can be clearly seen blowing in the wind. This gas smells bad.
